  Seller sent me a private 20% off offer, which I accepted and paid for. They canceled the order claiming it was a mistake and said the item was for a friend. Then told me I could buy it again, but only at 5% off the full price. This violates eBay’s policy. Misleading and dishonest behavior.

  This was an error. eBay sends an option to offer a % off. There were 3 items listed. This was the top one and I did not realize this was included. Within seconds I saw the error & went to cancel it but this buyer had already hit it. I tried to contact the buyer and offer a 5% discount for their time. There was no response so my only option was to cancel it. I have been a seller for 25 yrs & have NEVER been accused of being dishonest or misleading. Check my feedback. Horrible a person writes this
