Excellent meditative listening
This group of Benedictine Sisters have compiled a wonderful list of songs, psalms, antiphons, etc, all for the season of Lent. Their voices capture the time of the season and their heartfelt words can be felt in the songs in a sorrowful but yet beautiful CD. This CD is perfect to add to your Lenten devotionals or to your daily meditations.

Very well written spiritual book for today for a 33 day retreat.
This is a wonderful book!! I used this in conjunction with other books to Consecrate myself to the Blessed Mother and this book helped me immensely!! It was a easy read compared to the other books but yet it was still very spiritual and interesting. I purchased this book because the other books were written using language from the old world and is very hard to understand and I needed something written in todays text. I would and already have recommended this book to people in my Parish and my mom. This is a wonderful and well written book and it helped me to become closer to the Blessed Mother.

You’d never know it was healthy!
RSP TrueFit chocolate, is the best meal replacement shake I’ve ever had! No joke! It doesn’t have that nasty aftertaste that all shakes have, it keeps me full from noon until 4ish, but if I have a healthy snack I can stretch it to dinner, but the best part, it doesn’t give me gas! I use almond milk instead of water, and I throw some blueberries and strawberries in there to give it some extra vitamins, even though it has plenty already. You will NOT be disappointed with this choice!
