Always toasts only on one side of each slot (even when bagel setting is off)
Unfortunately, the toaster I received--which was clearly brand new and in its original box--toasts only on one side, as if the bagel function were always on, which it is not. The toaster itself is very nice looking, but it's also supposed to work correctly. Not a good sign for Kitchenaid toasters.

Good product but a bit cumbersome to put on.
The mask provides a good barrier between me and the external atmosphere. I do, however, take liberties with the mask's attachment to my head. I don't use the two bands above and below my ears--they are difficult to attach without messing up my hair. Instead, I wrap one of the bands around my ears.
