The book is easy to understand and has many recipes and suggested uses for essential oils. I made some spritz on insect repellent that is non toxic, smells nice, and works great!!

I feel like the title of this DVD says it all! It really is a substantial workout for your whole body. You can see the difference in just 2 weeks! Really helps with your balance.

Precious Memories - Alan Jackson CD
The first time I heard the rich baritone voice of Alan Jackson singing these classic old hymns, I thought I had died and gone to heaven! The familiar and refreshing gospel selections on this CD are now my favorites to hear again and again. I have the best time singing along with Alan in my car and by the time I get to my destination I truly feel like my soul is uplifted.
