Yes it would say this pump is ok.
I had purchased one just like it last year & it ran for about a year on a timer in my pond as an aeration pump. It quit in late winter. I tried to fix it, but could not, so I purchased another one & it is doing ok.

I bought 2: 1 for now & 1 for later.
The tire is more rounded on the outer edges than my previous Carlyle Tire, but it seems to work ok.
