Wollte einen Wasserkocher ohne Plastik, der nicht zu heiß wird, einfach zu befüllen und zu reinigen ist, ohne SchnickSchnack - ist genau das richtige!

Great book to get started and stick with it!
Having to change your diet for health reasons is quite challenging and very overwhelming at first. This book makes it easy for beginners, easy to approach it at your own pace and step by step. At the same time, it provides plenty of recipes and suggestions to stick with and maintain a healthy diet. A friend gave it to me for inspiration and I very quickly realized that I needed a copy for myself!!
