A Perfect Read: Good Characterization & Well-written
I really like Sandi Kahn Shelton's writing. A Piece of Normal is the second book I've read by her. Her complex characters seem like real people with faults and challenges. The story is about two sisters trying to figure out their lives after the death of their parents. It is sensitively written, contains some deep thoughts, but overall it is uplifting and cheerful. I looked forward to the time I spent with the main character. Gotta love that!
