Lovely cotton yarn
I really like this yarn. It knits well. The seller got it to me in about two days. Excellent service!

Great idea, little hard to execute
What I love about these needles is they are very well designed. The joins are good, with no snags. I have been able to knit with no laddering--which is awesome. The needles have two different points--a sharp point and a blunter point. The needles are also very slick.
What I am not so *crasy* about is they are a bit fiddly. DPNs in general can be fiddly, but I think because these have the cable in the middle, it makes them extra fiddly. The slickness that I love is also a little hard to manage. I noticed that certain yarns slid off. It was also hard for me to keep the yarn in the middle so it wouldn't fall off the ends. I did have a little trouble doing the long tail cast on, but haven't tried Judy's Magic Loop cast on, so I think that might be better. They wiggle around a bit. These are not meant to knit a hat. I thought I could, but they are just a little short. No fault of the needles. I did find them excellent once I decreased and couldn't do Magic Loop anymore. I think they would make fantastic cable needles!
This is my first time using any Addi product. I do wish that rather than having two different points they would just have the sharper ones. I found it was hard to knit withe the blunter point. Finally, while I do like these overall, they are pricey. I can buy a whole set of dpns for the cost of the two needle sizes I have.
I will say, once I started knitting with them, I enjoyed it. A couple of things I needed to remind myself: not to let go of the third needle (I often threw it down after it emptied) and to not knit with the two needles (which happened a couple times after I let go of the third needle. In all, it just takes a bit getting used to the design, but I do like them. I will most likely not buy another set because of the cost. I can't justify paying $25 a pop.
