Exactly as shown, Good in value. I'd buy again

They are ok
Not great quality. The bands came without any indication of heaviness, so I need to compare and try to find out myself (some of them fell the same but in different colours).
Unfortunately, there is no black bag to keep them (as shown in the photo) - they came in low quality plastic bags that can't be reusable as they stick in the bands
It's a shame...
