  The soup bowls were packed very well and securely. They all reachmed me undamaged and in highly perfekt condition. All bowls as in the description without scratches and visible gold abrasion. Very fast delivery. Excellent seller, I would highly recommend!

  It said the item was dispatched, but it had no tracking, despite it saying Evri tracked. I emailed the seller three times after waiting for weeks for it to arrive or for Evri to say it was out for delivery. I received no response to any emails, including the final email, which stated that I would cancel and get eBay involved, which I ended up doing. I received a refund through eBay but have no idea what the point in selling the item was to begin with. Avoid this useless seller. Made no effort.

  Seller ignored every message I sent them about this item and the P&P was extortionate I asked about collection as I was only local but again this was ignored - if comms and postage/collection would of been easily sorted then my feedback would be different… very disappointed over a high cost item the seller really let themselves down on this occasion
