Straight Stitch Plate are extremely useful.
Unfortunately, the one I bought came broken. The mental snap on the back came broken. I have been using Bernina's Machines for 30+ years, have 14 machines and 7 are Bernina's dating from 1960 to 2015. I have never, never seen this happen. I am going to see if my Bernina Dealership has an extra clip.

My 1st Bermina was the 830 Record (used), then I traded it in for the 1230 (used demo), and then I saved up my pennies to buy the new 1630. I also have the Artista 180E (new), and others. I guess you can say I am a Bernina Girl for over 30+ years and going strong.
She was way ahead of the other machine companies with her computer technology. She was the 1st to be computer savvy. As you can see she has a mouse and very clean/crisp design and lines.

BERNINA 5.5mm Plate
BERNINA products are always the best for your Bernina Baby.
For all my Bernina's I use this plate a lot for fragile, thin, flimsy fabrics and narrow projects. I sew: clothing, quilts, crafts, and mix media for over 4 decades.
