  Long story. Ordered opal dangle earrings. When I received the package it was the wrong item. Got opal studs. I contacted the seller who profusely apologized and said she'd send the right ones and was refunding me. Also told me to keep the studs. I said there was no reason to refund me if sending the correct item but she insisted. Have now received the earrings I ordered. So I ended up with two pairs of free earrings. Mistakes happen, but rest assured that this seller stand behind her promises.

  Bought my favorite. Lauren by Ralph Lauren, which sadly its discontinued, however, the seller was awesome in giving me a great price. The perfume arrived today, which was super fast; well packed and the smell is pristine. Thank you so much for making my day a little bit happier.
