Messing parts
See those little pieces on the front of the picture some kind of plastic that holds the bracket in place were missing I was able to staple it definitely didn’t bother to call. Not very happy😔

It’s a poor quality the unit that I received I check it and it sounds like there’s some thing loose inside and I guess I didn’t read the whole description of the item it’s not chargeable you have to keep it plugged in the wall to use it. But anyways I don’t know if it’s safe to use it with rattling inside
