May be my best investment......
I was sceptical about this product not knowing exactly how or if it will work. I followed the instructions and it really was easy to install. Plugged it in, turned it on, select the right parameters (water pipe diameter) and that's it. Within a couple of days while flushing all the lines in the house I noticed some rust come flying out of one valve, then no more. Within a week I noticed a difference in the water. The water was just a little smoother and a tad more suds using soap or shampoo. A slight increase in water pressure and I think I have more hot water for a longer shower. The big difference was my glass shower door and water fixtures. The white spots just wiped off with a cloth or never appeared after using a squeege on the glass. No need to use any chemicals to clean. If you walked into the bathroom you would swear I just spent hours cleaning, however there would be no strong chemical odours present.
I haven't noticed any difference in taste of the pot of coffee I brew every morning so that's good. The proof will come in six (6) months. That's how long a coffee-maker usually lasts before I need to replace it. I highly recommend the Calmat. I'm not one of the individuals that was given the product to write a review about. I bought it online and just a plain old end-user with my opinion.
