Works better than promised

I have 2 large containers for different types of lettuce which lasts 3 weeks or so. The smaller containers for mushrooms and vegetables which seem to last twice as long. Being in a closed container not only keeps produce fresh but also from being contaminated. Just keep the produce savers clean and dry.

Just a little practice.

Pro: It's easy and leaves a nice clean cut in the egg shell that you finish by cutting through the egg with a knife. Con: Takes 2 or 3 times of practice to learn the correct method.
