Good value - would recommend!

I took a while to choose a product but went for this one as it was good value and the reviews were good. Box slightly squashed but that was as described and didn't bother me at all as contents were perfect. Very happy with the photos. Does what it says on the tin. Would definitely recommend.

Powerful but heavy vacuum

Powerful vacuum. Definitely cleans well but I ignored other reviews saying it was a bit cumbersome to use. This is true. The large ball is actually quite difficult to manoeuvre (and I would consider myself a pretty fit middle aged person). It is also rather large. Could tell product was a refurb as it was slightly dusty plus couple of pet hairs (not enough to bother me and I'm fussy). All in all, it cleans great but heavy to move around. I also bought the hand held animal at the same time (which came packaged as if new for info) and use that one much more often due to ease of use.
