Poorly built,poorly finished.
The product is poorly built. The four (4) mounting points are not even or straight. The finish is lacking in quality. The black coating contains trash/lint/fuzz. There are sharp points in places that will cut you.
After observing all of the above,I did not even bother to test the lights.
