Poor Quality Kit
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich After careful and accurate installation of the kit the cleaner fails to perform like it did in the past. the parts being produced by Hayward are being pulled from the tooling "Hot" and loose there dimensions as they cool. Hayward does not use any type of QUALITY CONTROL systems during manufacturing process. it's obvious by simply checking the parts intended dimensions.

1 von 1 finden das hilfreich Purchased this kit and learned that HAYWARD does not use SPC OR ANY OTHER QUALITY CONTROL SYSTEM OF ANY kind, after molding the parts, there coming off the tool hot and then the material shrinks in dimensions. While it cools, leaving it vulnerable to dimensional variances. the small gear that goes in the sleeve has an interference problem with the cone gear during rotation.
