Good selection of varied sizes. So often you can buy locking washers unsure what actual size they are to replace,having a selection solves the problem and are not left with a quantity of a wrong size

Well investigated service
on receiving the Panasonic DMR750 for repair inspection, the turn around was quick and efficient and the product was well packed on its return.
All work done on tuners was within the Panasonic and repairer's capability and they investigated every aspect of the performance and even offered reinvestigate based on performance
Unfortunately there were limitations outside the repairers boundaries caused by conflict between Panasonic tuner design and Broadcasting High definition frequency bands and this was likely a Panasonic firmware problem not fixable by the repairer who spent time and effort to seek a resolve.
This was no detriment to the repairers capabilities.My only issue was communication on progress,which at times needed prompting
