  I have made every effort to explain to the seller that the Locomotive does not operate on my Lionel train setup. I keep getting the same response which is impossible for me to do with my remote control. I am now stuck with a $200.00 chuffing piece of steel. I missed the "No Returns" when I ordered it but the seller could have accepted the return if he were a decent person. I believe that he just got rid of a lemon to an unsuspecting buyer, which is why he doesn't want it back. Seller is unfair.

  buyer is a novice with lionel trains.i tried to help several times but he kept changing his story. if he runs this item in conventional mode which i told him more than once then he will have a nice running train.
