Avid faster
After viewing Dr Fung online in many free videos and podcast interviews, gathering so much amazing free information on fasting, I felt I had to also buy this book.
I’m not disappointed excellent quality with even more detail..
Since I began Combining IF and extended fasting in the last few months, I’ve lost a tremendous amount of stubborn fat, retained and even gained extra muscle. I feel much healthier overall, I also have better mental clarity and stronger willpower.
At 35 I feel like I’m now coming into the best shape of my life in short time it’s astonishing, only wish I’d discovered this ancient secret a decade ago.
Highly recommend this book to anyone struggling with the overeating obsession in society now.

PSU failed within 1 year

Ever since I built my PC just under 1 year ago I’ve had numerous issues with random shutdowns and crashes.
Now in the last month when I shut it down and try to turn it on again it will not switch on. After I unplug it and leave it for a while then try again it will switch on. Then in the last few days it won’t switch on at all nothing it’s dead..
After I’ve searched online for troubleshooting with this PSU model it seems it’s a common problem.
This item should not be allowed to be sold and taken off the market!
