Surprisingly good
I was surprised by the quality of the external housing. It's solid with no bending of the mounts as you may see in some dubious rack mounted kit. The LED's are bright enough to work with about 16U of kit in a very dark room.
Although the description and details on the box say the unit is 230VAC (maybe to make European buyers all warm and fuzzy), UK buyers will be happy to hear it is labelled 240VAC on the rear. Inside the components are rated to over 250VAC. In other words, this unit is good for 190VAC top 260VAC. Don't try it with 100/110/120VAC - it's not rated for that.
I dropped one star for one reason alone. I would have liked to see the reset button on the front and an option to dim the voltage display (High/Low/Off) as it's very bright, so making it more likely your night vision will be impaired when you look at the rack. I am using some black insulation tape to block it out :-)
