Nice - only time will tell quality
Out of the box it seems like a worthy digital timer, but, time out in the field will prove its worthiness. On the plus side it is compact and easy to program. On the negative side the programming process is redundant and time consuming, you have to program each day of the week separately. Good thing is that if battery runs out the programming remains as before.

Good 24 hour watch, but a toy for a health monitor!
Looks great but is not even close to giving accurate readings and works whenever it feels like it. Its a great watch, that's about it!
