Not their fault- we have funky mailing address- but delivery was slow but seller was very apologetic- again not their fault!- and they stayed in frequent contact with me, even offered to cancel sale. But, as I figured it would, item eventually arrived. Highly recommend!

  The shoes are brand new and perfect! Exactly as described! Came in original packaging, with original box and dust covers! Seller was very helpful and communicative! Shipping was fast , I will definitely buy from her again!

  The Freebird sandals are gorgeous as are all of the dust protectors, box etc (see photos) but it's almost secondary to how awesome this seller has been. They stayed in communication with me every day to ensure these beauties arrived safe n sound. They really care about their customers. I cannot praise this seller high enough. I will definitely purchase from them again and you should too. A+++++ EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE!

  I can’t thank you enough for your support with all the trouble we had in getting this package to you. It was literally a mess! Nobody would help, but you stuck in there with me. Thank you for communicating with me and understanding, I was going through all the steps to try and get the package to you. I’m so glad you love the shoes and are happy with your purchase.
