  I purchased an item but the seller never sent it. I tried to contact the seller but they did not respond. Ebay contacted the seller but they didn't respond. Eventually I settled for a refund through ebay but I never heard from the seller. I'm still not entirely sure what happened. I would not recommend buying from this seller.

  Seller ghosted me. Never shipped the item, and didn’t respond to multiple contact attempts from me (or from eBay, after I opened an inquiry). I’m going to have to use eBay’s money back guarantee. I’m glad they offer that option, but annoyed that I got hung up for two weeks, waiting for the seller to respond; if I’d known this would be the outcome, I would’ve bought the pick ups somewhere else days ago.
