Okay but may need work!
When I got my drill it was seized up and wouldn’t turn. I gave it a liberal coat of WD40 and a gentle smack with a mallet. It began to turn bit had 4 teeth that needed some filling. After that worked great . I then sanded off the nasty finish off some and rounded the edges of the handle. It looks like a antique tool now and function s well. With a little work it turned out to be a great purchase!

Great Strap!
