What ever became of that kid?
Anyone who has scene documentaries on the Summer of Love in the Haight Ashbury and wondered what became of that little boy who was smoking pot at 4 years of age and bragging to the interviewer that he would never get busted because he was "too little", should see this film. It not only follows up on the child, but on the parents and others around him. Even if you're not familiar with who Sean was in the 60s, if you have any interest in the Haight/Summer of Love and it's affects on the people who were there, you really should see this film. I loved this film!

A fun read
This book is a really fun flashback through the eyes of the interviewees and the author. I highly recommend this to anyone who still holds fond feelings for those long gone days of peace, love, war and drugs. I really enjoyed it, the book and the times.
David-Dorian Ross Tai Chi Fit: Over 50

Great at any age!
David-Dorian Ross has a unique talent for instructing. I've never seen a video of his I didn't like, but this one, perhaps because it is aimed at the 50+ crowd, is uniquely easy to follow along with. Tai Chi can get complicated, but the movements in this video are simple, yet affective. I highly recommend this one, not just for seniors, but for anyone just starting out.
