Goes over nose and mouth
I purchased this for a child's costume. It fits over his nose and mouth which looks good, but isn't ideal since he needs to speak with it on. It muffles the sound. Not a big deal, but just not what I expected.

Kids didn't really play with vests, but love the "flag"
Kids play in the neighborhood with the flag and leave the vests at home. We're going to get another flag so there is one for each team.
