A really nice bench for a great price.
The first time I tried to use it, it was kind of hard, I'm really out of shape. The second time I used it, it was a lot easier. As an Ab/Dumbbell bench, it is probably one of the best on the market. I do wish it was adjustable like the old Jack Lalanne FID bench, but it is a great bench.

This product is defective.
This product is not what is described on the package. It's just a piece of foam, there is no terrycloth. There is no way to install the product. This product is defective.
