Great product
The more I use it the more ways I find to use it, so it is a pretty dynamic tool !
It's a little heavy for my small hands, so I can lie in bed and let the mattress support the weight while I relax and focus on adjusting it to the muscle group I'm working on.
Also, it's weight is useful when using it straight down, with gravity offering the just right amount of pressure on the area.
For me, it's a pretty perfect choice !
