Excellent workout dvd for beginners to experts
3 von 3 finden das hilfreich I really like how each toning segment has three sections to it to perform only when you are ready. These three sections are level 1, 2, 3, where level one is beginners, 2 is intermediate, and 3 is advanced. This way you can start out in the first level and every 2 weeks or so work up to the next level where the moves for toning are just a little harder. This method definitely keeps you motivated to keep going and make it the 3rd level. I decided to buy this dvd because I love Denise Austin! Her workouts are always great and she always makes sure to sure you how to do a move correctly. Which I think is very important especially when you're older and more prone to hurt yourself while excersizing.
