If You,re Like Me
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich If you're like me you get tired of all the political correctness that is in our society. I'm not talking about real tolerance and being kind and having real compassion. I am talking about the wearing of personal feelings on our sleeves, not being open to healthy discussion of different points of views and interpretation of facts and the trying of a small, mostly academic/political group of people who are supposedly "politically correct" in their thinking to impose their somewhat "different" thinking and definitions on the rest of us without our consent and without open discussion. I like these series of books and authors for their candor, their researched facts and their willingness to "tell it like it is". If you are infected with PC itis you will not like these books because they will challenge you to actually "THINK" for yourself instead of just going with the emotional sound bites of the PC people. Note I am not saying it will change your mind I am simply saying it will make you think! Hard! And better yet maybe it will make you research it for yourself to see if some of the "truth" you hear from the mainstream media and academic/political leaders is really the "truth"! Enjoy them if for nothing else than to get the "little gray matters" excited.

A great video about dream fulfillment with a little work.
if you have lived life you will enjoy this video. the technical aspects of the video are very well done. but it is the story line that endures this video to me. life is filled with dreams that seem impossible because of circumstance, to ever be fulfilled. however there is always the chance/hope that even when much of life has gone by that our dreams and those of whom we have loved and lost can still come to fruition and lead to an even better and more fulfilling life. mr. fredrickson discovers that even though some things were not as they seemed when he was younger that it is possible to do things that seem impossible. especially with a little help from a couple friends. the choice to die slowly and uncared for or to go out with a bang makes this 'fictional cartoon' give hope to all who are wondering if life dreams can really be fulfilled.
my grand children age 3 and 1 have watched this with me. and though they don't get all the deeper meanings they are fascinated by the characters and the animation.

Like 'em
I find these to be everything the manufacturer says they are. They go as far as the Titleist ProV1 and are softer in their feel allowing me to drop them on the green where I want them. The yellow black pattern make sure that everybody knows whose golf ball it is. If I could get 'em for $1 a ball I would be estatic. lol
