Delicious Casein Protein
I enjoyed this protein powder for it's use to make protein based pudding, as this did not dissolve when mixed in less liquid. The vanilla flavor was the right amount of subtle for any use. I would certainly recommend this brand.

Glade spirit 10 pack
Shipped quickly and was new as stated. Love this particular fragrance smell from Glade for its Winter collection from 2015! Wish it hadn't been discontinued.

Superior quality protein!
Awesome quality of protein powder! The casein allows for a much better mix when combining it as a shake, cooking, or making a whipped pudding. I'm glad I can have a more solid feeling when I'm consuming the MetRX, it tends to trick my mind into feeling full longer, and the protein amount compared to the calories is wonderful! Low calories and high protein are a great combination. I'd recommend the vanilla flavor for more versatility when using it in other situations.
