Product is NOT ready for Prime Time
3 von 6 finden das hilfreich Very, very disappointed buying this product so far. I'm NOT able to use it as advertized. Why you may ask? Well I just invested $1,300 in a brand new Helix 9 not knowing that to extract data from the thing, I also needed to buy the Zero Line card and Autochart software for another $249. After I received the card and software, I found that the software version that I bought is not current. So, I suppose not a big deal. I will go to the website and download the newest version and do all the wonderful things that I was thought to receive. What happened? Well after several back and forth with technical support, they informed me that the new software has NOT been released and that NO date has been set for it to be available.... It's now have been a full month and NOTHING! How can a company release a new product, without the customer knowing it won't work as advertized? Just INCREDIBLE!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
