Good srtips
Make sure that you keep your strips in room temperature and in the dark at all times. I opened a small hole in the foil seal and is able to dispence small quantities at one time. I select one strip and dip it one time in my stream of urine. I dab it on a paper towel then check my results. I'm keeping my ph level at a normal to high range because I'm on chemotherapy treatments. Chemotherapy will distroy your ph levels.

I Love These Tongs
I love these tongs. These tong work great for grilled cheese sandwiches and tuna melts. I gave the other set to my mom who loves hers too. The strength of the metal is of good quality they don't bend in the closed position and stay there. They open right up again. They're stainless steel and don't rust. Great in the dishwasher. AAA+++
