You Must Have Patience
The instructions for this product are very 'grey'. Don't follow the booklet instructions. I received different instructions from chat tech support at Roxio that worked better. Patience! You must have a lot of patience to figure this product out!! My biggest hint for you all is use a DVD-R disc NOT a DVD-RW. Download it to your computer & then burn it.
