They don't last but are cheap enough you can keep buying them!
I was very pleased for the first 2 weeks (about 16-18 hours of play) of using one of the dampeners. That's about when they start flying off on heavy shots; (the retaining slot developed cracks). It's a bit of a pain having to stop play to search the court for you darn dampener.

A good value buy.
Too soon to tell, but based on the 1st week, the charge time is lower than my previous batteries. I bought two to cover a 5 hr. flight and had to manage the time in use so as to have enough battery for my landing. (I use my laptop GPS on cross country flights).
