We do not have a pest issue. There were no cockroaches present in the box or bag of feed at the time it was shipped. I asked for a photo when buyer threatened to leave negative feedback. They refused, but again threatened to post bad photos and negative feedback for the world to see. Buyer never requested a return or a refund, they only threatened to to leave negative feedback. I reported the issue to eBay at first contact.
