Too little flame for use as a weed burner ! Might be perfect as an expensive bbq lighter !
1 von 1 finden das hilfreich If you have days to burn weeds - you'll love this but if you have a life you'll need to use one of the bigger burners out there. I bought this thinking I would be able to do more precise work along weed lines by adapting it to a 15-20lb bbq tank that I have set up in a pull cart and although it works - it doesn't put out enough of a flame to knock down quickly. I didn't sent it back as I have some driveway cracks to repair with a melt in roll of tar and it might work for that. Fairly well made although the lighter button is inconveniently located. Could be fine to light a bbq. Definitely not well designed and too early to tell if it is durable.

Connector leaks and is therefore totally useless !!!
The method for fastening the cover to the cooler is a slotted self tapping 1/4-20 screw that will inevitably bend/damage a couple of fins as you install it. Would have been nice if they accounted for this during manufacture.
After spending an entire day installing this - it immediately started leaking at the inlet fitting rendering it useless for my compressor application. I will need to uninstall and see if I can solder or braze the female connector back to the copper. Nothing I dislike more than having to fix something that should have been tested before it was sold.

By far the most solid mount made - forget the lightweight Scotty mounts - they don't cut it
Most solid mount I've used. Had it on 2 boats now and wouldn't use anything else. I glue a couple of small velcro tabs inside the wrench and on the nut and wrap a ball bungee around them both to hold the wrench permanently attached to the mount - quiets it down and I never have to go looking for the wrench.
