  Seller sent me tracking # but package was never sent out. After trying multiple times to contact I opened a case. Seller then made contact and said their "secretary" sent out the package, then said package was delivered which was untrue. Tried multiple times to make contact and resolve the matter. I just wanted the item I bought. Ended up getting a refund which all I wanted was my patch. Buyer beware.
