Good and solid apart from that plastic tripod mount sleeve
The only thing I am not happy with is that the threaded sleeve that fastens it to the tripod is plastic and not metal.Otherwise its very good.Do not overtighten the adjusters.It locks up solid with very little pressure and I have a feeling that if you overtighten something is going to give.Mine is mounted on a benbo tripod and gives a very good solid base to shoot from

Good for what you pay but dont expect top engineering.If you are willing to play about a bit to get it it right then its a nice set
Had to extend threads in two of the drillings in the seat back.. Luckily I had a tap to fit. Seats a bit low but that will depend on your personal leg length and may be perfect for you
