Cheap, yet good quality
The scale must be accurate, as when I turn off the heat and bottle my jam once the display reads 222 degrees Fahrenheit, the jam sets perfectly. It has shortened the cooking time greatly as I no longer have to switch of the jam to do the 'saucer test' and then reheat if setting point has not been reached. The display is reasonably easy to read, although I would have liked it to be be a little larger. The buttons are quite small and perhaps a little fiddly, but I have still managed to use it easily. I did not expect such a great device for the price!

Does just what a sausage casing skin should.
The casing is strong, flexible and good value.

Excellent for imaginative play
Easy to assemble, but very sturdy. I am sure it will give lots of pleasure for many years to come.
