I've bought from this eBay seller many times before and all I can say is that it's not often you find someone with his integrity who sells top quality Beta machines. This machine is as close to a "new" Beta as you'll see in 2025. Performance is flawless and you can be assured it's been fully refurbished before it's shipped, not something that is sold straight from a loft. You get what you pay for.

Absolutley perfect for replacing those cheapy low quality ones used in DVD box set's
My original ones had all the securing clips broken (13) so i used these to replace them with. The securing clip area is better made and dimensions perfect for replacement of broken originals. Amazing value too.

Light weight with great features and 100% reliable
This is defineteley THE BEST standard definitions set top box out there.
I've tried some of the others that most have issues with ,either losing EPG data after a few days (well done Humax), keeps resetting itself occassionaly (well done Panasonic and Sagem) and freezing up (once again well done Humax)
This Sony not only has two options for storing (horizontal or vertically), it has superb picture quality equalling the Humax F2-FOX-T,when using the S video option, the sound is also high quality and has Dolby pro logic.The EPG is full and detailed and doesn't turn off the current channel when viewing this. It's quick, easy to set up ,never misses a beat ,so don't waste you hard earned on any of the sub standard ones out there (old and new) that manufacturers refuse to up grade when common issues are frequently reported (once again well done Humax for that!)
Highly recommended ,go get one.
