Mostly good, but a few issues.

I've been using this product for several months. When I first began, I was buying it in the store, but at $50 a pop. these things are too expensive for the average user, especially given, it typically takes several months to know if this will regrow hair in the individual user and there's no guarantee of that, even a year or any length of time into it. Because of the length of the program, and the price involved, this basically forced someone of my income level to go hunting down discount deals online. I found several and that's the only reason I've been able to continue the program; had this only been available in retail stores, the price would definitely have kept me from continuing the program. Another caveat: you need to buy other things to supplement this product, which many don't know until they buy it and get info. later. Particularly, you must buy the hair and scalp serum as well as the shampoo and conditioner to expect the results advertised on the box. You could see how this all adds up to a lot of money over six months or longer. The good news? My hair has mostly stopped falling it just a short time using it, although a few months in, when I didn't have the products for just a few weeks, I noticed a fair amount starting to fall out again pretty quickly. As fair as hair REGROWTH??? Well, just like several products I've tried before this one, I'm still waiting to see a single strand of that!
