I just needed a part
So I broke my mount for the suction cup and needed a replacement. The individual part was $16 to $18 but this one was $15 with the Garmin included...so it was definitely a deal. Now I leave one on my route and one on open map that pans out.

Amerex is a great brand
I go in a lot of commercial properties and Amerex is by far the best quality. I have this one attached to my work cart as an added layer of protection in case something happens and that is my only option to use.

Great DX radio
This has the integrated GPS receiver (unlike the new model) and it is no longer manufacturered so this is hard to find anywhere.
