Item is stated as new, but the seal is broken and a stick is placed saying the product is new and only opened to replace the batteries. Highly skeptical as why would the batteries need replaced if it is a new product? Considering this is a health care item I am hesitant.

The customer must have had a poor connection to the unit. We refunded the customer, even though the unit was working correctly.

Excellent Thru Wall Doggie Door
We just moved so we had to buy a new one for the new house. The last one was wonderful and we'd used it for over 3 years without an issue.

Favorite Tube Per My Grandson
Our 11 year old grandson loved it. He was easily able to get out onto one wing and get the towable to turn and go outside the wake. He found it easier to get back onto from the water than most normal tubes that are higher that you sit in. This became his favorite for the rest of the summer.
