I was on vacation out of the country when you purchased the item and I had the person watching my pets ship the shoes to you. I didn’t realize that they used the wrong shipping method and once I can back and saw the review, I promptly refunded you the shipping difference of over $10. I wish you had sent me a message first instead of leaving such a negative review that hurts my selling status. I am happy to remedy.

Fast shipping and exactly what we were looking for!
Daughter loves it! Actually the 2nd one we had to buy bc the cat chewed the arm off the 1st! We couldn't find it in the store any more so this was perfect! Thank you so much!
