  I wasn't cheated, the item I paid for eventually arrived. This was paid for on 05aug. On 14aug, after waiting and not receiving or hearing anything I got on eBay to see what was going on. I saw that UPS picked up the package the previous day, 8 days after payment. I needed this item and was tired of waiting for it so I bought another in that same session, 14aug, which arrived on 16aug before the others which had been paid 11 days earlier.
