  The set of Sun Rims S-Type wheels arrived exactly as seen in the photos, with the rotors. I am currently using both the wheels and rotors on my hardtail, with no real issues - yeah, they may not be perfect aesthetically, but they function perfectly. Both wheels were true and had 0 loose spokes, and I have been using them for a couple of weeks on my daily with no issue. For the price that I paid for them, I am certainly a very satisfied customer.
