Great idea, execution not so hot
Purchased this item with the hope of organizing safe contents a little bit. It does indeed fit four pistols. I put Ruger GP100, Super Blackhawk, and Freedom Arms revolvers, and an HK USP on it. The weight of each pistol dropped the rods down so much that the drawer is rendered unusable, the grips of the guns blocking the drawer from being pulled out. All four pistols have to be removed in order for the drawer to be pulled out. If you're ok with that, than this product will work just fine for you. My revolvers all have 5.5" or longer barrels; this would probably work better if all four have barrels of 4" or less. However, I don't recall the product description saying that.
